Providing Optimal Health Through Vitamin Supplementation

We know eating fresh food, ideally organic, is one of the best things you can do for your body's health. Processed foods, fast foods and the like are great in moderation, but can take their toll on you over longer periods.

Rachel Winter

Hi, my name is

Rachel Winter...

Feed your soul.

Food is more than fuel. We eat for pleasure, for social interaction and comfort. What we consume makes up our matter - literally, "we are what we eat”. The foods you put into your body are the building blocks for your cells and I believe that when we eat good, we feel good.

I’ve been passionate about wellness my whole life - holistic and traditional. After being in the medical field for several years, I found myself considering how traditional medicine dealt with the range of symptoms patients would sometimes present with.

While prescribed pharmaceuticals would, in the main, fix patients' issues, often symptoms would return once the course of treatment was completed.

More and more I began to see links related to diet.  In fact, what the body took from diet - the nutritional value.

Some people could eat 'junk food' and be just fine, others would eat healthy foods but still feel under the weather.

It was all about absorption. Which is why you can often take vitamin tablets but not see real benefits.

I started searching Google to see how absorption could be improved and found an almost overlooked area of work regarding vitamins and vitamin supplementation through injections.

"We administer B12 injections within the surgery..."

Patients who show certain conditions are tested for vitamin B12 levels.  But for some, even those who are within the 'acceptable range' still show symptoms of deficiencies.

That's when I stepped into the aesthetics space to see how I could help people get supplementary vitamin B12 injections, who wanted it safely administered by a healthcare professional.

1st B12 and B complex injections this morning. Within an hour, my draining lethergy had all but disappeared! I've taken B vitamins orally with limited results but astounded at how different the injection results were. Highly recommend this home service.

Most surgeries already carry out vitamin injections once patients' levels decrease, but I was interested in those who wanted to keep their levels topped up and not wait for them to decline.
